Acadia Centennial Logo 570px wide2016 marks the 100th anniversary of both the National Park Service and Acadia National Park.  Bold Coast Photography is proud to announce that it has been selected as an Acadia Centennial Partner and will be part of the year-long, Maine-wide celebration highlighting the previous hundred years of world-class conservation at the park and inspiring and launching the next hundred years of stewardship of Acadia. As an Acadia Centennial Partner, Bold Coast Photography will donate a percentage of your print or Note Card purchase to Friends of Acadia to help preserve the Acadia National Park experience for future generations.

EXCITING NEWS! The Bold Coast Photography Etsy Store ( is now open! We are offering a variety of Fine Art Note Cards and Fine Art Prints.

Our Fine Art Note Card collections include Landscape, Nature, Seascape, Nautical, Wildlife, Nature and Black+White, to name a few. Each Collection contains 2 each of 4 different designs for a total of 8 cards and includes envelopes.

Cards are 5″x7″ printed on a scored 60lb. Paper Canvas stock, which also makes them suitable for matting and framing – perfect for decorating smaller spaces.

Cost per set of 8 cards with envelopes is $15.00 plus shipping and handling.

In addition, a selection of our Fine Art Prints are being offered in an 8-1/2 x 11″ size printed on archival paper. Each includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Prints are priced at $25.00 each plus shipping and handling.

We will do our best to keep the web site and the Etsy Shop in sync with one another as new items are added or swapped out.

A percentage of all Etsy store sales will be donated to the historic Jesup Memorial Library here in Bar Harbor, Maine.

In addition, we’ll be sharing here in this blog some useful tips and hints about photography and providing a peek into what life is like here on the rock we call home – Mount Desert Island.
